Along the Rheinallee, there are different stores, a DIY store as well as various discounters. In addition, Neustadt offers many smaller stores, cafes, restaurants, doctors’ offices and pharmacies. A modern fitness studio welcomes you just a two-minute walk from the domicile. Daycare centers and elementary schools are also in the immediate vicinity, while secondary schools can be found in the Mainz city area.

It almost doesn’t matter where you want to go: From PIER EINS, everything is within easy reach on foot, by bike or public transport. It only takes five minutes by bike to get to the old town. Two bus stops are only a few hundred meters away. From there you can reach the central train station in six minutes. Are you a car driver? You can get highways 643, 671 and 66 in five to twelve minutes and Frankfurt Airport in about 32 minutes.

Because almost each of the 1- to 4-room apartments inspires with a balcony, a loggia or a (roof-) terrace. The predominantly floor-to-ceiling, triple-glazed windows let in plenty of light and air and are equipped with electric shutters for a restful night’s sleep.

In the living areas and hallways, real wood parquet flooring provides a contemporary, appealing ambiance, while the wet areas feature large-format tiles in an elegant, discreet color scheme. In addition, all apartments are equipped with underfloor heating and a fitted kitchen*. The bathrooms score with floor-level showers or shower baths, glass shower enclosures and flat towel warmers.

With 33 to 35 square meters, the 1-room apartments in PIER EINS are ideal for commuters or singles who like things compact. Furthermore, a modern kitchenette has been integrated into the combined living, dining and bedroom.

The coveted 1.5- and 2-room apartments make up the largest share in PIER EINS. With attractively cut 42 to 75 square meters, they please singles or couples. Our example apartment is accessed via a rectangular hallway. This leads you to the left into the separate bedroom, to the right into a modern daylight bathroom with a floor-level shower and straight ahead into the bright living and dining room with the half-open kitchen. Especially practical here: the utility room with space for washing machine and dryer. The room opens onto a spacious terrace via a window front.

The 2.5- and 3-room apartments in PIER EINS are highly functional and attractively designed. With 69 to 92 square meters, they meet the most diverse requirements. With two separate bedrooms, a daylight bathroom with tub as well as a separate guest WC our sample apartment is ideal for families with one or two children. It opens up via an L-shaped hallway, which offers plenty of storage space and access to a utility room. The focal point is the living and dining room. This includes a spacious, bright kitchen area and opens onto a balcony.

With surprisingly clever details – and 96 to 113 square meters – the 4-room apartments in PIER EINS will satisfy even the most demanding families. Our sample apartment offers three bedrooms, a walk-in closet and a spacious storage room and thus plenty of storage space for everyone. Stress in the morning is also a thing of the past. This is ensured by the two interior bathrooms – one equipped with a bathtub, the other with a shower. In addition, the living and dining room with the modern fitted kitchen offers access to the large loggia. By the way, only one of two: you will find another loggia in one of the bedrooms!

The apartments will be ready to move in on 01.10.2022.

Yes, there is a minimum rental period of 12 months. The lease can be terminated with 3 months’ notice.

As with most rental agreements, the deposit to be paid is three net cold rents (the net cold rent plus utilities can be found in the rental agreement). There are no processing or agency fees.

The underground parking garage has 40 spots. Electronic mobility has also been considered. There are 10 spots in the underground parking garage with an e-charging station.

The monthly costs are 95,00 EUR for a parking spot. The rent for a parking spot with an e-charging station is 105.00 EUR a month.

There are also non-public bicycle parking spots in the underground garage, accessible for all tenants, with plenty of space.

Yes, all apartments have cellar rooms.

The buidling is connected by the provider Telekom. An additional connection by Vodafone or 1&1 is planned.

 

Approval from the owner is required and will be determined on a case-to-case basis. There will be a pet housing agreement included in the rental agreement if approval is given.
